  • 1 diced ripe avocado or thawed frozen avocado
  • 2 small tomatoes (diced) or a can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Optional Ingredients:

  • Sea salt & black pepper to taste
  • Chipotle powder to taste
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Cumin to taste
  • Sour cream or heavy whipping cream, or yogurt (for extra creaminess) to taste

How to Make Guacamole Without Fresh Ingredients

  • Dice the tomatoes and place them in a medium-sized bowl. Or, open and drain one can of small diced tomatoes.
  • Dice the avocado and add it to the bowl.
  • Add the garlic powder, dried cilantro, onion powder, and lime juice.
  • Lightly mix everything together with a spoon. (Add optional ingredients if desired.) Feel free to smash to your liking, if you don't like chunks.
