Kid-Friendly Creamsicle Toothpaste Recipe (kid tested, kid approved, no junk, effective, tasty)!- Scratch Mommy

Have you ever wondered why kids toothpaste costs so much money? Seriously? Why is it that their toothpaste costs double what adult toothpaste costs!!?? Is it the glitter, dyes, or crazy flavors? Perhaps it’s the carton characters? I just don’t get it.

There’s also the question as to why our kids need so many crazy ingredients in their toothpaste. Have you stopped to read the ingredient list on your child’s toothpaste? There’s crazy stuff in there! I don’t know about you but I’d rather not have my kids putting all those yucky ingredients in their mouths… and then most likely swallowing them because let’s face it, kids do not spit out toothpaste!

What if I told you that you could make your own kid friendly toothpaste…AND, it works just as well as those crazy store bought toothpastes, but without all the scary ingredients!? It also costs less. In fact, I feel like it’s basically free because it uses ingredients that I already have!

Oh, and did I mention it’s kid approved? This DIY kids toothpaste is not the weird homemade stuff. You know what I mean, that homemade toothpaste that you tried once and since you knew it was natural and good for you, you grinned and brushed with it? This toothpaste tastes amazing…it’s creamsicle flavored!!! Yeah, your kiddos will adore you for making this Kid-Friendly Creamsicle Toothpaste Recipe!
