of Distilled / Purified Water

Apple Cider Vinegar
- also known as ACV

Lemon Juice
- can substitute with any citrus
ΒΌ

Cinnamon

pinch of Cayenne
- or more if you like heat!
Instructions
Pour water into drinking glass.
Add ACV and lemon juice.
Whisk in spices, making sure there are no clumps.
Drink!
