Place the kokum butter and jojoba oil into a heat-safe glass bowl to create a double boiler. (I like using a small saucepan with simmering water underneath.)
Heat the mixture gently until the kokum butter is completely melted. Remove from heat.
Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Stir in the sugar until well combined.
Transfer to an airtight glass jar for storage.
