Probiotic Peaches and Cream Popsicles
  1. Combine the kefir, honey and peaches in a high speed blender and process until smooth.
  2. For extra creaminess, or if you’re using lowfat kefir, add the cream and pulse just until mixed. This will only take a couple of seconds. Don’t overmix on this step or you’ll end up with butter in your popsicles!
  3. Pour the popsicle mixture into the molds of your choice and freeze until firm. I like using these BPA free silicone tubes. You can also stick with the more traditional popsicle look and use a mold like this.
