Kid-Approved Prune Juice Smoothie
Ingredients
½ cup coconut milk (we love
this coconut milk in a BPA free can
)
½ cup organic prune juice (check the ingredient label for possible hidden ingredients)
1 leaf organic kale
¼ cup organic mixed berries, frozen
1 tsp flax seed (
organic flax seeds here
)
probiotic (one of
our favorite kids probiotic
)
Instructions
Simply throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Easy AND effective!
