Spiced Vanilla Protein Powder Bread
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ cup of almond flour
  • 2 large scoops ALOHA vanilla protein powder
  • ½ tsp. unrefined sea salt
  • ½ tsp. aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1½ tsp. all spice
  • 1½ tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 tsp. ground ginger
  • ¾ cup coconut nectar
  • 3 eggs, pastured and/or organic if possible
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Combine all wet ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Pour combined wet ingredients into dry ingredient bowl. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
