Breakfast…they say it’s the most important meal of the day.
Hmmmm, I’m not sure I agree with that. What do you think?
I think all meals are pretty darn important. I have to agree that breakfast is super-duper important though considering it’s the meal that kicks off the day.
I definitely think breakfast is even more important for our kids. Considering they’re more sensitive to sugar, food colors, chemicals, etc. than adults, we want to take extra care to give them the best start to their day. If not for them, then for their teachers!
This is why I came up with 5 breakfast ideas your kids will love. Actually, you’ll love them too. Skip the refined sugar and chemical laced cereal and give these a whirl instead.
